101 Dreams - Dream 48

Photos found at weheartit.com (but man I wish I had taken this one...gorgeous!)
Dream 48 - Take James to Paris. He's been, but I don't think he's experienced Paris like I have. Lovely croissant or pain au chocolat with a coffee in a cafe for breakfast, a casual stroll around the city to anywhere (everywhere is gorgeous), a scrumptious 3 hour lunch, more walking, a nap, and a lovely evening out. It's a lovely way to spend time in Paris, and I hope he'd enjoy it with me some day. :)

Starting up the new lifeness

My new phone. :)
Today has been super awesome in getting life in Australia stuff all done. :D I opened a bank account, got a new phone, and feel all sorted. Yays. Hehe. I am super excited. Eeee. Just need a job and a home and complete. :)

In other less serious lifeness, we went and saw Contagion with some of James' friends yesterday. It was laaaame. I was close to falling asleep during it. I don't know what it was about the movie, but it was not interesting. So don't go.
And and Australia has awesome Christmas decorations, Koala's dressed as Santa. Awesome!
:D

Miss Catherine Middleton and Prince William.
Was looking at the coins in my purse today, and I saw this...made me laugh, Catherine looks scary. Prince William, however, is spot on. :P

101 Dreams - Dream 6

All images found at weheartit.com
Dream 6 - Visit Florence. There are seriously like a bajillion places I want to visit...I could probably have a 101 places I want to visit book, but I don't, so a lot of my dreams at the moment are travel related (I say a lot, maybe 10-20 of the 50 so I have :P). Travel dreams are also prettier to share. So Florence, it looks so beautiful, and I hear so many wonderful things about it that I'd just love to go explore the city myself...and then maybe go explore the rest of Italy!
Has anyone been? Anything in particular you would recommend seeing/eating/visiting whilst there?

Just a doodle

A doodle from school.
I'm not sure why I never have a huge amount of confidence in my work...people always seem so impressed with what I can do. The above was a doodle I had done after a Maths test, I'd finished a couple of minutes early, so doodled, because thats what I did at school. I remember after the test people talking and noticing a friend had drawn a small turtle about to jump into a bucket, and then noticing the above sitting on the table in front of me as I packed up and asking if I had drawn it. They were amazed that I had, and in about 5-10mins, and all in pen...at the time I wasn't much impressed with what I had done, but now I actually think it's pretty cool. :P I suppose I'm not that bad at drawing after all.

101 Dreams - Dream 52

So need this hanging in my eventual home.
Dream 52 - Have an awesome disney collection. This is kind of a Kt and James dream. We have started, I believe we have Tangled and The Lion King in our collection so far, and I shall be adding another 3 to the list as Christmas presents to James (I'm not spoiling the surprise, he already knows...Lion King was going to be one of them, and then he went and got it himself! So I moaned at him.). I think Disney was a MASSIVE part of my childhood, and I love most/all their movies (I have only seen something like a third of them...but thats a reasonable amount to make a judgment on right? Especially when they've made more than 300 movies...), so I would love to have a lovely collection for lazy Friday nights in and for my eventual, adorable children. :)
(both pictures found on weheartit.com)
(I think maybe had the Harry Potter module been a Disney one I would have been way more interested, and idea maybe?)

Last weekend in the mountains

and it's pretty warm for November. I think the weather is being really nice by not making the change from winter to summer massively huge! :D

Love you mountains.

Last day at 'work'

Most beautiful scarf ever...and massively long.
Today was my last day doing 'conversational English' before I leave to Australia. I (/my mum) made some Victoria sponge for the girls since they had never heard of the cake before, and I got them some books to read and keep up their English. They in return got me a LOVELY scarf, I seriously don't feel like I deserve something that nice, but they do so I am very thankful. It is BEAUTIFUL! (or 'very pretty', one of the girls' favourite phrases)

They also made me some lovely 'little girl drawings'. :) Kids are so cute. I think I shall miss going round to theirs to play and teach English, but we'll be keeping in touch, so all is good.
It's my last darts groupie-ing tonight...such a sad day!

Christmas at Shilligers

I LOVE going to Shilligers around Christmas time because they do so many lovely Christmas displays...it's almost like walking through a Winter Wonderland! So before I leave for Australia we thought we would go and visit. I took photos to share...they do not do it justice, but you get an idea! :)
I am so glad we had time to visit, I do love Christmas time. :)

Outdoor wonderland

Unfortunately I don't remember where I found this, but isn't it so lovely?
It looks so wonderful and magical! Could totally be a Christmas down-under plan! One year...one year I shall organise it...you know like in 5 or so years. :P

It makes me so happy looking at it. :)

My favourite time of the year

I think it may be time to start listening to Christmas music again. I absolutely love the Christmas season. I love the dark evenings all lit up by Christmas lights. I love the smell of roasted chestnuts in town. I love the warmth and happiness Christmas decorations give off. I love the golden glow of the Christmas tree in the evening. Gosh I love Christmas time. I do hope it's just as magical in the summer time.

Like Crazy

I can't quite explain how this trailer makes me feel, but I could watch it for days. It's so emotional, both lovely and sad...it's really rather beautiful. :)

Memories...Dracula

I am Count Dracula. Cross will burn you. Garlic will kill.
Occasionally I do enjoy tidying, especially when I find things that bring back memories, such as my lovely little drawings above. In 11th grade we had to read Bram Stoker's Dracula. I was not very pleased with the choice of book as Dracula scared me quite a bit as a child (I used to sleep with the duvet around my neck so he couldn't bite me). So I didn't really read then book, and whilst we watched the movie I drew little pictures. :P

Needless to say, I didn't do very well in English that year. (It was also the year of reading Tess of the D'Urbervilles...snooze fest...)

Back to tidying now!
