I was bored/not wanting to do homework so I was looking for pictures of things that make me happy, because really there aren't many better ways to spend your time, and I came accross this:Which I love, and then I noticed the name and was pretty sure I had seen his stuff before and loved it. So I googled him, because thats what I do, and yep, awesome. He has a blog too, where he updates with his awesome drawings. And a book of the cool drawings, which I would quite like. Please. :)

Favourite colour.

Been attempting to do some homework...never seems to work when I want it to. :P So ended up doing some drawings. :D Planning on turning them into paintings, maybe tomorrow? Eee!

Came online to look up what holomorphic means exactly, because although we use it A LOT in maths I cannot seem to find a good definition...and I have decided I should start to understand what I am doing, may help in the exam.
I couldn't resist not giving an update, so TADA, MY FAVOURITE COLOUR. It used to be green, but I am loving turquoise now. :)

Cancelled

The match was cancelled. At around 6. We were supposed to be playing at 8. This is the second time they have cancelled with such short notice. It's a little annoying. BUT on the bright side, today has been a lot nicer than I was expecting it to be! YAYS!

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

We like tea. By we, I mean Miriam and I. We drink it quite a lot. Today we did not have tea bags, and it was raining...lots. See:
Yuck. So instead of going outside in that horrible looking rain we used tea leaves, and Adrienne's amazing tea strainer ball thing. This is what normal people would do. Yeah...it went so well! We first drained it into a tea pot, as such:

A lot of giggling and spilled water/wet tea leaves later we poured it into our cups. Tada:

All worth it! The End.

Rain also meant I skipped a lecture. :) I was pretty wet after going to my tutorial...like I had to change my clothes wet. Why would I go out into that kind of weather for another lecture if I won't do it for tea? I can't give a good reason either, so I stayed home. :) Done a bit of work on my educational research methods essay, and shared this awesome story with you. :) Good times.

Long day ahead...

I'm not looking forward to it. I think I'm least looking forward to the basketball match at 8...eeek! All the lectures feel a bit pointless to go to because I do just feel like sleeping in them, I am so tempted to skip...like I have done the past 2 days...but they are education, and education take a register... It's a bit silly really, like school. They sent out an e-mail a few weeks ago remind us the lectures and seminars were compulsorary because people weren't turning up to the ICE lecture. Hehe...

Have another update of things I love. :D Converses. All colours. At heart I am pretty sure I am a converse girl. I love them. I love photos of them, looking at them and wearing them. They are pretty cool. :) I'd love to start collecting them. I don't know what happened in life, but I sort of drifted away from my jean, t-shirt and converse days. I think it's time to go back to them. They were good times.

Homework done? Already?!

I did some maths! Took me quite a while because I didn't have any notes on exactly what the question was asking, so spent a lot of time piecing together different bits, BUT I figured it out AND I have finished my Linear Algebra homeowrk for next Wednesday. It was only set yesterday. Hehe, HUGE thing for Kt! :D YAY!!

That is pretty much what I have been up to today. :)

Busy day tomorrow, I realised I probably won't be in the house for an hour straight from the moment I leave for my tutorial in the morning (10:30) until we get back from our basketball match in the evening (match ends at 21:00). Thats one long day. Think I'll be needing a nice warm shower and then bed! :)

I went to pick up the results for my summative essay on ethnic minorities in higher education this morning. Got 57%...which is quite good. I normally get around that, only done better once whilst at uni and that was on something I found REALLY interesting. Hehe, yeah, but felt a bit down because they said my writing wasn't elegant...which I am fine with, but why that affects the essay I don't know, especially when they say it's logically thought out. ANYHOO, cupcakes!!

I'm currently trying to sort myself out. Feel rather lost in work and stuff. So many lectres to go to, so much homework to do...I feel like I just drift from one to the other. I'm not sure I can start my essays feeling like this, so need to sort it out soon. Thankfully I don't have much to do today and tomorrow. :)

Once I'm on top of things I will try and update more here. :) Because I really haven't been sharing much about what I've been up to!
